Mini Splits Installed, Repaired and Cleaned

Mini splits suit homes with radiators or baseboard heat, additions, finished attics and any room the main system misses.

New Mini Split Installs

We measure each room, choose the indoor units and outdoor unit to match, and run the lines inside a neat cover outside. Wiring and town permits are part of the job.

Mini Split Repair

Blinking lights, weak airflow or water running down the wall usually mean a clogged drain, a dirty coil or a failed part. We find it and price the fix first.

Yearly Mini Split Cleaning

Dust and pet hair collect inside the indoor unit and on the outdoor coil, and airflow drops. A yearly cleaning keeps the system heating and cooling the way it should.

One room always too hot or too cold?

A mini split can fix it. We quote it free, in writing.

Heating With a Mini Split in Winter

Cold climate mini splits are built to keep heating through a Massachusetts winter, and many homes now use them as their main heat.

Adding Mini Splits to an Oil or Gas Home

Many homeowners keep the boiler or furnace for backup while the mini splits carry most of the heat and all the cooling.

Mini Split Not Heating?

A mini split that stops heating on a cold night needs a quick look. We take calls day and night, and you approve the repair price before parts go in.

We had a large HVAC installation project, and Bryan and Ryan exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They were incredibly professional, prompt, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They took great care to ensure the work was done right, and the quality of the installation and final results truly reflect that. The entire experience was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. In fact, everyone at Accurate Baker Elman was wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC work!

Replaced an old natural gas fired furnace. Initial tech did a very thorough job of documenting the issue and included video to show the problem. Sales was professional and knowledgeable and arranged for a replacement of the entire system in just a couple of days. I can’t say enough good things about Brian, the lead installer, and his team. Everyone was very professional and answered my many questions about the new system. They were fast, clean, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work.

Dean was great. He arrived on time. Was pleasant, answered my questions and did the annual maintenance service for the heating system. We have a contract with the company for two of our local properties.

Mini Split Questions, Answered

Yes. Cold climate models are built to keep heating in a Massachusetts winter. Many homes run them as the main heat and keep the old system as a backup.

No. Each indoor unit mounts on a wall or ceiling and connects to the outdoor unit through a small hole and a covered line.

It depends on the model. A multi zone outdoor unit can serve several rooms, and we size it after measuring each one.

Many do. Qualifying heat pumps can earn Mass Save rebates along with the 0% HEAT Loan. Amounts change, so we check them before you decide.

Rinse the filters often when it runs a lot, and book a full cleaning once a year so the coils and drain stay clear.
