Cooling for Natick Homes With or Without Ducts
Natick homes with a furnace can often add a coil and condenser, while boiler homes usually do better with ductless heads.

New AC and Ductless Systems
In June we installed a three zone Mitsubishi heat pump in a Natick home. A single outdoor unit cools those three rooms in summer and heats them in winter.
- Multi zone ductless heat pumps
- Coil and condenser swaps
- Closet and attic air handlers
- Sized for every room
- Covered linesets outside
- Permit and inspection booked
When the AC Stops
Most July breakdowns are a capacitor, contactor, refrigerant leak or blocked drain. We show you what failed and price the repair first.
- Warm air at the registers
- Frost on refrigerant lines
- Air handler dripping water
- Condenser fan not spinning
- Breaker trips at AC startup
- Ductless heads blinking codes

Yearly AC Service
A spring visit covers coils, refrigerant charge, worn electrical parts and the drain. Several brands expect yearly service for the parts warranty, and our written report is your record.
- Coils rinsed inside and out
- Refrigerant charge checked
- Capacitor and contactor metered
- Condensate line flushed out
- Ductless filters washed
- Written report after each visit

Heating Natick Homes on Gas, Oil and Electric
About 49 percent of Natick homes heat with gas, about 24 percent with electricity and 23 percent with oil.

New Furnaces, Boilers and Combi Units
We size each system to the house, since a 1920s house and a 1980s colonial need different output. For oil conversions we quote gas and heat pumps side by side.
- Two stage condensing gas furnaces
- Gas, oil and combi boilers
- Oil tank removal after conversion
- Heat pumps for cold winters
- Ductless heads for cold rooms
- We pull the Natick permits
Heat That Quits
In a Natick winter, no heat puts pipes in outside walls and crawl spaces at risk. We answer overnight and give the repair cost before parts go in.
- Furnaces that light, then quit
- Oil burners that won't fire
- Hot water boilers dropping pressure
- Circulators and zone valves stuck
- Leaking furnace exhaust pipes
- Heat pumps stuck in defrost

Heating Checkups in the Fall
Tune-ups include an efficiency test, a carbon monoxide check and a heat exchanger inspection. In October a Natick tune-up found a leaking exhaust pipe, and we booked a return visit to reglue it.
- Combustion readings written down
- CO levels checked
- Heat exchanger camera inspection
- Burner and flame sensor cleaned
- Rollout and limit switches tested
- Exhaust and venting joints checked

Natick Plumbers for Water Heaters, Leaks and Fixtures
Natick’s 12 town wells deliver moderately hard water, 108 parts per million on average in 2025, so water heaters build scale.

Water Heaters and Pumps
A Natick homeowner called one June afternoon for a new gas water heater. By early the next afternoon, a 50 gallon tank was on the chimney vent.
- Gas and electric tank heaters
- Tankless and combi units
- Short tanks for low basements
- Water pumps and pressure tanks
- Gauges and valves replaced
- Annual flushing for hard water
Kitchens, Baths and Fixtures
We set faucets, toilets, vanities and shower valves, and rough in plumbing during remodels. Sink leaks and slow drains are priced on the spot.
- Kitchen sinks and faucets
- Toilets and vanities
- Shower and tub valves
- Disposals and dishwasher lines
- Remodel supply and drain rough-in
- Sink leaks and slow drains

Panels, Wiring and Indoor Air for Natick Homes
Our electricians work alongside our HVAC crews, so any panel or circuit work is planned and priced on the same estimate.

Electrical Panels and New Circuits
A Natick apartment’s panel was full, with the condenser and air handler on one circuit. We put in a larger panel and gave the outdoor unit its own circuit before the new AC.
- Panel replacements and upgrades
- Surge protection at the panel
- Heat pump and condenser circuits
- Kitchen lighting and outlets
- Car charger circuits in garages
- Electrical permits filed with Natick
Cleaner Air Inside
Filters, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and ventilation tie into your existing system. In August we serviced a Natick whole house dehumidifier showing a service code.
- Furnace media filter cabinets
- UV lights for the coil
- Duct mounted humidifiers
- Whole house dehumidifiers
- Timed fresh air ventilation
- Leaky ductwork sealed

Recent Work in Natick
Three Natick jobs from 2026, with photos our crews took on site.

Ductless heat pump for three rooms
In early June we put in this high efficiency Mitsubishi heat pump. One outdoor unit serves wall units in the basement, an office and a bedroom.

New panel, then new central air
The old AC shared one circuit with its air handler, and the panel was full. In October we installed a larger panel with surge protection, then the new central air.

Water pump replaced after an alarm
In August the water pump alarm went off, though the taps still ran. Five days later we replaced the old pump with a Grundfos constant pressure pump and leak tested it.

We had a large HVAC installation project, and Bryan and Ryan exceeded our expectations from start to finish. They were incredibly professional, prompt, friendly, and attentive to every detail. They took great care to ensure the work was done right, and the quality of the installation and final results truly reflect that. The entire experience was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. In fact, everyone at Accurate Baker Elman was wonderful to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality HVAC work!Posted on Google![]()

Replaced an old natural gas fired furnace. Initial tech did a very thorough job of documenting the issue and included video to show the problem. Sales was professional and knowledgeable and arranged for a replacement of the entire system in just a couple of days. I can’t say enough good things about Brian, the lead installer, and his team. Everyone was very professional and answered my many questions about the new system. They were fast, clean, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work.Posted on Google![]()

Our line, (617) 882-0409, is answered day and night. Our Newton shop is about 8 miles away, and we give you an arrival window.
We measure how much heat your house loses instead of copying the old unit’s size. Over one in five Natick homes was built before 1940, and older houses lose heat differently.
It is. A ductless heat pump puts wall units where you want them. One Natick home we did in June runs three rooms off one outdoor unit.
It depends on the panel’s size and open spaces. This fall a full Natick apartment panel was replaced with a 125 amp panel before new central air.
Moderately. Natick’s 2025 water report puts average hardness at 108 parts per million, so we recommend flushing heaters once a year.
A qualifying heat pump can get a Mass Save rebate and the 0% HEAT Loan. Amounts depend on coverage, the fuel replaced and income, and we confirm them before you sign.
That is our job. Natick’s inspectors work out of the Community and Economic Development Department at Town Hall. We pull plumbing, gas and electrical permits, as state law requires, and meet the inspector.
