Annual maintenance is a full system evaluation, a deep cleaning and changing the air filters. This maintains your system to function at peak effciency at all times and your system does not have to work harder during extreme temperatures.

Consider annual maintenance on your heating & cooling system like you would on your car. Regular oil changes help to keep the engine running and decrease the chance of a breakdown. Annual maintenance on your heating & cooling equipment effectively decreases the chances of costly breakdowns and saves you thousands of dollars over the long haul in energy costs. We will reach out to schedule your annual heating and cooling safety and maintenance checks for your furnace/boiler as well as schedule your home plumbing evaluation. If we come across any concerns, we will alert you to them and provide you with possible repair options. Since you are a Comfort+Plus Member you will recieve 20% off labor and parts for those repairs to help keep the costs down. You will also pay $20 less on your dispatch fee as well as recieve priority scheduling during our high peak periods. Priority scheduling includes our emergency service.*

Visual Plumbing Evaluation

We will assess your home’s plumbing systems to ensure they are in a safe operating condition. We’ll check the water entry point, water piping and drain lines and more. You’ll receive a detailed report of our findings and we’ll explain any concerns. We’ll alert you to potential emergencies before they become disruptive problems. We’ll even call to schedule your appointments so you won’t have to worry about it!

Cooling Season Memberships

We know how important it is to have your cooling system working properly. Our annual safety and maintenance check for your air conditioning will review your air handler, evaporator coil, brazed connection, air filter and more.

Heating Season Memberships

With the frigid New England winters, we know how important it is to have your heating system working properly. We perform safety and maintenance checks on furnaces and boilers. We will check for any carbon monoxide leaks, change your filters, check the conditions of any switches and valves to ensure proper operation and alert you to any minor findings before they become major.
